This site uses two kinds of cookies: essential cookies that keep the site working, and optional analytics cookies that help us understand how people use it. The banner you see on first visit lets you decline the optional ones. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this domain in your browser settings, then reloading the site.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to function. They cover things like remembering your cookie-banner choice so we don’t show it again, keeping shortlisted properties in your browser if you use the saved-properties feature, and standard WordPress session handling. We can’t switch these off — without them parts of the site stop working.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages get the most use. This is opt-in: GA4 only loads after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. GA4 anonymises IP addresses by default and we have data-retention set to the minimum.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties (for example, a YouTube video, a map preview, or a Calendly booking widget). These services may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their own policies. We don’t share personally identifiable information with them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold on you, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If we change what cookies are used on the site we’ll update this page and, if the change is material, prompt you to re-confirm your preferences via the cookie banner. The “last updated” date below tells you when this policy was last revised.
